Heading Tag Sentence
The Heading Tag Sentence defines the HTML TMG to GEDCOM wraps around the text in heading tags. The default value is "\<<[M:Note2]|h3>\>[M]\</<[M:Note2]|h3>\>".
The first conditonal alternative uses either [M:NOTE2] (the second part of the Memo text) as the HTML tag, or defaults to h3. That is matched by the last conditional alternative which closes the HTML tag. In between, the [M] variable inserts the text of the heading.
Some "<" and ">" characters are escaped because "<" and ">" have special meaning in TMG to GEDCOM sentence templates.
